How Many Users
do I Need? The number of users relates to the number of STAFF that have login access. All versions allow you to have unlimited CLIENTS and CONTRACTORS login.
What's Maintenance for? Maintenance means that we'll cover updates, upgrades, general email support and troubleshooting. Updates are administered quarterly.
What is the File Space used for in ProWorkflow? This is used for documents, images and file attachments when working on projects.
What about Cancellation? If cancelling an account, payment is to be made up to the end of the billing period
